*** Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 with classroom learning and small group interventions

The Role
In this role, you will work alongside experienced teachers supporting in lessons and provide tailored support to pupils on a 1-2-1 and group basis. Your responsibilities will include helping to deliver engaging activities, leading small group booster sessions, and supporting individual pupils in both literacy and numeracy. This is an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand classroom experience ahead of a teacher training course.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in education. You will be an excellent communicator, enthusiastic, and able to build positive relationships with young learners. While experience working with children is desirable, it is not essential.
