Description
- Manage and process claims in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and compliant
- Maintain up-to-date and detailed records within the claims management system
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support the efficient resolution of claims
- Liaise with external stakeholders to obtain relevant information and respond to queries effectively
- Monitor claims activity and produce reports to support business insights and decision-making
- Ensure all processes are carried out in line with company policies and industry regulations
- Provide administrative support to the wider team as required
- Identify and contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Profile
A successful Claims Executive Administrator should have:
