Production OperativesKnowsley, L34 Temporary to Permanent Immediate Starts AvailableIntroductionAcorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for Production Operatives on a genuine temporary to permanent basis for their client based in Knowsley, L34.The company supplies high-quality beef and vegetarian substitutes to thousands of customers worldwide and offers excellent working conditions, real opportunities for permanent contracts and long-term progression.Two roles are currently available.Role 1: Process ControllerMonday to Friday 6am-2pm 14.10 per hour, rising to 14.61 per hour from 1 April.Key DutiesEnsure all machines are running to the correct specification.Make necessary adjustments to meet product specifications.Complete paperwork to ensure full traceability.Regularly handle weights up to 25 kilogrammes.Assist in achieving daily targets and KPIs.Maintain a clean-as-you-go area and demonstrate GMP standards.Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsPrevious experience working under food hygiene or HACCP regulations (essential).Experience in a QA or QC role desirable.Strong attention to detail and commitment to standards.Role 2: General Operative / PalletisingMonday to Friday 3pm-11pm 12.63- 13.33 per hour, rising to 13.14- 13.84 per hour from 1 April.Key DutiesPalletise finished products ready for despatch.Print despatch labels and complete documentation for full traceability.Book stock out using ..... full job details .....
