Finance Manager / Financial Controller - Permanent - based in Market Deeping, PE6 (Hybrid Option)Job Purpose:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to take full ownership of the finance function across a growing legal group comprising two distinct businesses.This is a standalone finance position, reporting directly to the Directors and covering the full spectrum of financial operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, regulatory compliance and effective financial management, while also having the opportunity to shape and develop the function.The role is primarily based in Market Deeping, with one day per week in Leicester. Hybrid working will be available following successful completion of a six-month probationary period.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Financial Management and ReportingPrepare accurate monthly management accounts for both trading entities.Manage cashflow forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.Partner with the Senior Management Team on financial performance and strategic planning.Prepare year-end accounts and liaise with external accountants and auditors.SRA Compliance and Client AccountsTake full responsibility for SRA client account management and reconciliations.Ensure ongoing compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and financial regulations.Maintain robust financial controls, processes and audit trails across client and office accounts.Systems and Process ..... full job details .....
