As-a-Property-Care-Administrator,-you-will-be-responsible-for-managing-a-number-of-properties-ensuring-each-one-is-completed-efficiently-and-to-the-best-possible-standard.

Duties:

• Build-relationships-with-Solicitors,-Estate-Agents-and-clients
• Ensure-SLAs-are-met
• Deal-with-incoming-enquiries
• Arrange-repairs-and-building-work
• Obtain-quotes-from-different-suppliers
• Ensuring-reports-are-run-and-checked-thoroughly
• Ensure-you-are-in-line-with-clients-budget
