This role will play a key part in strengthening the London offering, working alongside both existing team members and new hires as the group continues to scale.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver civil engineering design for residential and private sector developments, with a strong focus on housebuilding projectsTake technical ownership of drainage design, including surface and foul water strategiesProduce and review detailed designs using Site3D, AutoCAD, and Causeway FlowProvide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers within the teamCoordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverySupport the development and structure of the new London sub-teamEnsure work is delivered in line with industry standards, client requirements, and best practiceAbout YouProven experience delivering housebuilding and residential/private sector projectsStrong background in civil infrastructure and drainage designAdvanced user of Site3D, AutoCAD, and Causeway FlowComfortable working in a leadership role within a growing team environmentAble to ..... full job details .....
