Full-Time Teaching Assistant - BlackpoolVeritas Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Blackpool that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis after the October half-term break.Start Date: Week Commencing 2nd November Location: Blackpool Contract: Full-Time, OngoingThe RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with teachers and pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing classroom support and helping students achieve their full potential. The role may involve working with small groups, delivering one-to-one support, and assisting students with additional learning needs.RequirementsPrevious experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, patient, and proactive approachThe ability to build strong relationships with students and staffAn enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain oneThe SchoolThis is a good secondary school with a supportive leadership team and a strong commitment to providing an inclusive learning environment.
