Based around Portsmouth, you''ll manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, preparing and communicating budgets, overseeing annual maintenance, and delivering service charge accounts. You''ll also assist in the handover of new schemes from clients and deal with utility companies to ensure that meters are read, invoices are paid and costs are recovered. Leading in the appointment and retention of suitable and competent contractors and consultants to deliver maintenance and service contracts, you''ll also be expected to measure and monitor performance as well as ensure appropriate arrangements are in place for auditing.
