The team works across all phases of design and construction, delivering strategies that enhance environmental performance and wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop holistic sustainability strategies for building and infrastructure projects.Lead environmental and wellbeing assessments such as BREEAM, WELL, HQM, and similar frameworks.Deliver technical modelling and assessments, including:Energy modelling using IES VEEmbodied and whole life carbon assessments using One Click LCACircular economy evaluationsBuilding performance simulations (operational energy, overheating, etc.)Advise clients on energy and sustainability strategies for both new and existing developments.Mentor junior consultants on project delivery, technical skills, and planning.Contribute to research and innovation initiatives within the technical team.Engage in industry research, author guidance documents, and support thought leadership efforts.Candidate ProfileIdeal candidates will have experience and knowledge in several of the following areas:Energy modelling experience ..... full job details .....
