The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to a Year 4 pupil with ADHD, helping them access learning, build confidence, and develop both academically and socially. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will deliver personalised support, implement tailored strategies, and encourage the pupil''s independence throughout the school day. The successful candidate will be patient, adaptable, and committed to creating a positive learning experience for children with complex needs. Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN is essential.
