You ll work closely with senior leaders, helping us better understand our customers, competitors, and the evolving energy landscape. What you ll be doing: Lead and deliver market and customer research projects, turning findings into compelling insight. Monitor trends, behaviours and industry developments to support strategy and innovation. Collaborate across departments to inform product development, campaigns and customer experience. Build segmentation models, customer personas and monthly reporting dashboards. What we re looking for: A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Business, Politics, Social Sciences, Geography, Journalism, Marketing etc).
