Job Title: Project Manager - NEX (Temp)Location: Major UK Airport (South East)Rate: £575/day - Umbrella rate Duration: 1 yearSite: Minimum 3 days per week on siteRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a major North Extension (NEX) within a live airport transformation programme. The role will take the project through RIBA Stage 4 into construction, ensuring safe, efficient delivery within a fully operational environment.Key RequirementsProven delivery of major infrastructure projects in live operational environmentsStrong NEC contract and commercial management experienceExcellent stakeholder and interface management skillsExperience in aviation, rail, water, nuclear, or similar regulated sectorsStrong on-site delivery background essentialKey ResponsibilitiesLead delivery through design completion and construction phaseManage programme, cost, risk, and change controlCoordinate multiple contractors and design teamsEnsure safety and operational continuity in a live airport environmentSupport reporting and stakeholder engagementWe can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
