Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Salary: -95 per day
Working Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm, Monday to Friday

Are you a graduate looking to gain classroom experience in a primary school before applying for teacher training?
SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a range of welcoming and high-performing primary schools in the London Borough of Ealing, who are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join them from September 2025.

This is the perfect opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain meaningful school-based experience ahead of applying for a PGCE, School Direct, or teacher apprenticeship programme. Many of our previous Graduate TAs have gone on to secure places on teacher training courses or school-based salaried routes the following academic year.

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (term time only)

• Paid at -95 per day (via PAYE)

• Based in a variety of primary schools across Ealing

• Roles include:

  • Whole-class support

  • Targeted small group interventions (e.g. phonics, literacy, numeracy)

  • 1:1 support for pupils with SEND or additional needs

• A graduate (any subject considered) with a genuine interest in education

• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners

• Considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN support

• Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability

• Has experience working or volunteering with children (desirable but not essential)

• Keen interest or background in SEND, Early Years, Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2) settings

• First-hand classroom experience in vibrant and supportive primary schools

• Opportunity to work closely with experienced class teachers and SENDCOs

• Professional development and mentoring from school staff

• Insight into school life and behaviour strategies

• Valuable preparation for future teacher training applications
