Requirements:

Minimum 1 years experience as a Chef de Partie with a solid, reliable skill set.

Confidence in managing any section and maintaining high standards under pressure.

Ability to work efficiently and independently while delivering consistent quality.

Strong knowledge of food hygiene, allergen procedures, and labelling.

Valid food safety and hygiene certificates.

Professional communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
