This is a busy, people-focused role where you ll handle a wide range of calls where no two conversations will necessarily be the same. You''ll speak with a wide range of people, including service users, family members and professionals, some of whom may be contacting the service during difficult or sensitive circumstances. You''ll need to be someone who can make people feel heard, respected and cared for, while confidently managing conversations and working efficiently within a busy call environment.
