We’re looking for a

Senior Project Planner

to join a leading consultancy delivering project controls expertise to the Sizewell C programme.Location:

London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)Contract:

6-month+ contract with the potential to convert to permanent if desired or rolling contractThe OpportunityThis is a key role supporting integrated planning and schedule assurance across a complex, multi-discipline environment. You’ll work closely with suppliers, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure the programme remains on track and aligned with strategic objectives.Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated schedules using

Primavera P6Assure and review supplier schedule submissionsMonitor progress and support monthly schedule updates and reportingIdentify risks, delays, and propose mitigation strategiesLead or contribute to planning workshops and assurance sessionsAlign schedule data with commercial and contractual requirementsPromote planning best practice across delivery teamsWhat You’ll Need

Experience in planning or scheduling on major infrastructure or construction projectsStrong proficiency in

Primavera P6Knowledge of schedule integration, baselining, change control, and critical path analysisFamiliarity with NEC or FIDIC contract structuresAbility to review and build schedules from first principlesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDegree or equivalent in engineering, construction, or project managementExposure to CDM, QSRA, or design planningExperience with Power BI or similar toolsMembership of APM, PMI, AACE or similar professional bodyExperience in regulated sectors (e.g. nuclear, energy, transport)Right to Work
