Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced

Senior Project Manager with an engineering background

to lead the delivery of major nuclear infrastructure programmes across the UK. This senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to influence and drive some of the most critical, technically complex projects within the nation’s low-carbon energy transition.You will take overall responsibility for multi-disciplinary project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance in a highly regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the delivery of large-scale, complex nuclear projects across the full project lifecycleProvide strategic oversight to multidisciplinary teams including engineering, construction, and project controlsOwn programme delivery using

NEC3/NEC4 contracts , ensuring contractual compliance and effective risk managementDevelop and drive comprehensive project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategiesAct as the senior interface between clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholdersEnsure projects adhere to all regulatory, safety, environmental, and governance requirementsDrive project performance through robust reporting, assurance, and decision-making processesLead change control, early warnings, and compensation event management with strong commercial acumenMentor and develop project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementChampion health and safety leadership across projects, embedding best practices throughout deliveryWhat You’ll BringEngineering degree (civil, mechanical, electrical, nuclear, or related discipline)Significant experience managing large nuclear or similarly complex, regulated infrastructure projectsProven track record of successful delivery under

NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4 ECC )Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder landscapesExcellent commercial and contract management capabilities, particularly in change and risk managementDeep understanding of health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in nuclear environmentsStrong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior levelsEligible for
