The RoleThis role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced full stack developer and data engineer to define and co-develop Arm''s product and solution portfolio infrastructure. You will collaborate with the portfolio team, enterprise data, IT, and key users to specify, prototype, and develop Arm''s next-generation data portfolio framework. Your work will be crucial in enabling Arm to translate strategies into roadmaps and outcomes.Job Overview:The Arm portfolio team is a central unit that influences how Arm’s strategies are realized through its products and solutions portfolio. As a portfolio full-stack software data engineer, you will be our local software champion, translating business and portfolio requirements into new software capabilities. You will work closely with team leads and analysts to define a robust data and analytics architecture, demonstrating and co-developing solutions with our Enterprise data and IT teams. Your mission will be to lead an infrastructure that supports key Portfolio Management capabilities, ensuring it is robust and scalable, either through custom development or industry-standard tools. Additionally, you will contribute to existing technical infrastructure, including managing databases, ETLs, and reporting pipelines.Responsibilities:Define and agree on our portfolio infrastructure, including software and data pipelines.Build early capabilities and proof of concept, such as large dataset management, modeling, multi-user inputs with security, approval workflows, and lifecycle management.Plan and contribute to the development and productization of capabilities within Arm.Represent product planning interests within the Arm data and IT ecosystems.Support existing roadmap frameworks as needed.Required Skills and Experience:Experience leading the complete SDLC, including managing large datasets with secure authorization and access control.Proficient in database design principles, with experience in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).Experience building server-side web applications, preferably in Python (creating REST APIs with Django or FastAPI). Ability to develop modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue). Knowledge of CSS and responsive design.Knowledge of high-level system design, including architecture evaluation, development, and testing.Nice To Have Skills and Experience:Experience with ETL pipelines, familiarity with libraries like Numpy and Pandas.Experience with version control (Git).Experience with agile methodologies, Jenkins, Jira, CI/CD pipelines.In Return:This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical leadership and experience within a proactive team.
