Supply Chain Coordinator Fresh Food Manufacturing SohamAre you a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join a fast-paced fresh food manufacturing business.This role sits at the heart of the operation, ensuring the right raw materials are available at the right time to keep production running smoothly while maintaining quality, freshness, and cost control.The RoleWorking closely with Planning, Procurement, Farming, Technical, and Production teams, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate raw material plans, managing stock levels, and supporting the smooth flow of materials from supplier through to factory.This is a hands-on coordination role that requires strong numerical ability, confidence in communicating with suppliers, and the ability to respond quickly to changing demand.Key responsibilities include:Creating and maintaining raw material plans aligned to production demandEnsuring stock availability to prevent line downtimeMonitoring stock levels, pack-out figures, and residency timesWorking closely with suppliers and import agents to manage deliveries and resolve issuesLeading investigations into stock discrepancies, consumption errors, and write-offsWhat We''re Looking ForMinimum 2 years'' experience in raw material planning or supply chain coordinationExperience within fresh produce, food manufacturing, or FMCG environments preferredStrong numerical and analytical skillsHigh level of IT literacy (Excel essential; ERP systems ..... full job details .....
