Key AccountabilitiesAlways ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests.Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationshipsConduct regular training to employees on preparation, service, and menu pairing related to the beverage menu.Exceed guest expectations with service, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles, focusing on the core principles, looking for improvement for better service standards with a general theme of anticipating the guests'' needs.Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the fine dining bar, public area and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed.Ensure that consistency and correct service techniques for all meal periods is followed by all staff members when preparing or serving a cocktail.

General RequirementsGood knowledge of cocktail preparation of both classics and innovative alternatives with previous experience within a cocktail bar at a luxury level.Passion for service and quality beverage menu offerings, with an appetite to exceed expectations and be creative.A second language would be advantageous although not essential however excellent communication skills are required.Excellent time management and organizational skills, highly adaptable, naturally positive.Flexibility, and capability of working under pressure.
