Business Systems Manager - Supply Chain/ ERPSalary: 60,000 - 70,000Location: London (Hybrid)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Applications Lead to take ownership of our core business systems, with a strong focus on supply chain ERP platforms (such as Sage), Anaplan, and modern workplace technologies including Microsoft Azure and Office 365. This role is ideal for someone with a semi-technical understanding of business applications who thrives in fast-paced environments like logistics, supply chain, or FMCG, and who can bridge the gap between IT and business operations.Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Manager and working closely with the Finance Director, you will ensure our application landscape is secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of ERP (e.g., Sage), Anaplan, and other core business systems.Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms, with a focus on master data management.Act as the IT subject matter expert for supply chain and logistics applications, ensuring business needs are met.Manage system configurations, integrations (EDI, FTP, APIs), and troubleshoot technical issues.Oversee user access, security roles, and compliance with IT governance policies.Administer Anaplan: user provisioning, data loads, and minor UX updates.Collaborate with vendors and integration partners for support and enhancements.Provide guidance and training ..... full job details .....
