Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET AND AWS)Join to apply for the Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET AND AWS) role at Human-CR, S.L. Take ownership of technical leadership, mentoring engineers while remaining hands-on in the code.Lead a team of engineers, setting standards, reviewing code and championing best practices.Collaborate on product strategy and influence architecture and design.Build secure, performant cloud-based systems using .NET and AWS/Azure.Shape the technical roadmap in collaboration with product managers, architects and stakeholders.Drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code, automation and modern DevOps practices.Deliver highly-scalable cloud-native solutions used daily by a large professional user base.Keep pace with emerging technologies and embed innovation into engineering delivery.Guide the team in Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery balances speed, quality and value.What youll bring / Qualifications

Strong background in .NET (ideally .NET 8), C# and cloud-native development.Proven experience leading engineering teams in Agile, product-focused settings.Ability to design and deliver scalable, secure platforms with privacy-by-design principles.Expertise with AWS or Azure, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and event-driven systems.Experience with React, TypeScript and ideally GraphQL or micro-frontends.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.The stack youll be working with
