You will drive the transition from document-centric approaches to authoritative, model-centric practices embedded within the Digital Thread-ensuring full traceability from safety requirements through to verification and compliance evidence. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn delivery and lifecycle management of Safety digital capabilities, including hazard analysis (FHA, FMEA/FMECA, FTA, STPA), safety requirements management, configuration/change control, variant management, verification orchestration, and safety case toolingDefine Safety reference architectures and technical baselines aligned to enterprise standardsEnsure end-to-end traceability across requirements, architecture, analysis, test, and assurance evidenceEstablish governance standards, data models, and model-based ways of workingManage suppliers and technology partners to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutionsDrive adoption through ..... full job details .....
