They are seeking a dedicated and compassionate EYFS Teaching Assistant with a strong interest in Special Educational Needs (SEN) support to join their Early Years team from September 2026. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting children across the EYFS setting, particularly those with SEN, helping to create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The Role: Supporting the class teacher within the EYFS classroom Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs, including ASD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs Assisting with phonics, sensory learning activities, and structured play-based interventions Adapting activities to meet individual learning needs and abilities Encouraging communication, independence, and pupil engagement Supporting childrens social, emotional, and behavioural development using positive behaviour strategies Working closely with the SENCO, class teacher, and external professionals where required Helping to maintain ..... full job details .....
