This role is hands on and people focused. You''ll support direct worker cohorts and hiring managers across a range of facilities management and business support roles. If you know how to fill roles at pace and build trusted relationships on site, we''d like to hear from you. What you''ll doSource and place workers in facilities, industrial and admin rolesBuild strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needsBuild and maintain effective relationships with 3rd party agency suppliersSupport new worker onboarding, check ins and issue resolutionLiaise with internal teams such as compliance to keep placements running smoothlyOccasional visits to client sites to support workforce planning and retentionUse our applicant tracking system (ATS) and vendor management system (VMS) to keep records, build worker pools and monitor pipelinesHelp meet fill rate targets and maintain ..... full job details .....
