You''ll develop expertise in market mapping, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-driven talent acquisition. Unlike transactional recruitment, our approach is long-term and research-driven. You’re not just filling roles, you''re shaping future leadership teams for high-growth businesses.Daily and weekly targets will be used during your training so if you don’t thrive in a competitive environment (albeit a super-friendly one!), then this probably isn’t the role for you. We expect successful candidates to make promotion to Lead Community Analyst between the first three to six months in the role.Training :We’re usually a modest bunch (or at least by industry standards!). We''ve also invested in a brilliant online learning system to ensure the whole team always have key learning resources.Responsibilities:Build niche leadership candidate networks within a specialist vertical.Conduct market research and map senior talent in high-growth sectors.Identify, engage, and submit senior-level candidates for live executive search mandates.Prepare candidate briefing packs and search update reports to ensure transparency and consistency in delivery.Source intelligence on leadership hiring trends and opportunities.Write and co-design thought leadership and bespoke market content.Ensure CRM and data integrity across high-value search projects.The Essentials:Fantastic verbal and written communication skills.Good educational background.A competitive spirit.An appreciation and sharing of our values.Creativity.Strong, lateral thinking processes.General paid work experience (part or full time).£25,400 rising to £26,400 upon passing probation.
