About the Role:
An ambitious and supportive secondary school in Winslow is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Maths Teacher to join their high-performing team in September 2025. The successful candidate will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 for the right candidate. You will be expected to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire a love for mathematics and enable students to reach their full academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Track student progress and implement effective interventions
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, and CPD

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject
• A strong understanding of the national Maths curriculum
• High expectations of students and a commitment to raising achievement
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
