Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or above
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) Food Safety Level 2 and Food Allergen Awareness certificates
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and health andamp; safety standards
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments
- Valid Right to Work documents
