We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with 5-7 years PQE to join their dynamic residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and wants to be part of a firm with real vision and growth potential.Key Responsibilities
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, remortgages, and transfers of equityHandling a variety of property transactions efficiently with the support of advanced legal tech tools and an experienced administrative teamMaintaining compliance with CQS protocols and regulatory obligationsLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure seamless progress of transactionsContributing to team performance and supporting junior staff where neededEmbracing the use of technology and AI systems to streamline processes and improve client serviceRequirements
5-7 years PQE in Residential ConveyancingProven ability to handle a high-volume caseload independentlyStrong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing proceduresExperience with case management systems and tech-forward workflowsExcellent communication and client care skillsA proactive, organised, and collaborative approachCQS experience preferredWhy Join This Firm?
