Key Responsibilities (Depending on service area) Hold and manage a varied caseload within statutory frameworks Conduct assessments, care/support planning, and regular reviews Contribute to safeguarding, risk management, and multi-agency decision making Build effective relationships with children, families, adults, and carers Ensure the voice of the individual is central to all planning Produce timely, clear case recordings and professional reports Participate in court, care planning, or mental capacity decision-making as required About You Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England Experience in either children s or adult social care Skilled in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and strengths-based practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Full driving licence desirable What We Offer Competitive pay ..... full job details .....
