The Research Ops Lead will play a central role in strengthening research governance, tooling, and processes.About the Role - Research Ops LeadAs a Research Ops Lead, you will create and publish regular user research reporting, including a monthly NHS App research report.You will own and manage the user research panel, including refresh activity and strategies to improve engagement.You will design and execute engagement approaches for priority audiences, including seldom heard users and those with accessibility needs.You will plan and support user research activities such as diary studies, usability testing, and user interviews.You will own and continuously improve the NHS App User Needs repository to ensure it remains useful and accessible for delivery teams.You will manage and maintain research assets such as consent templates and standards.You will continuously improve ResearchOps processes and lead a ResearchOps Analyst.Key Skills - Research Ops LeadStrong experience in research operations within digital or service design environments.Proven ability to support multiple delivery teams with user research activity.Experience managing ..... full job details .....
