Job Description: As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our high-end hotel build and fit-out projects. You will collaborate closely with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budgetary objectives are met. Supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors, to ensure adherence to project specifications and schedules. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources. Implement effective project management practices, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Foster positive working relationships with all project stakeholders. Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and RFIs. Qualifications: A strong background in the building trade with a proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects. Experience in high-end hotel fit-out projects. Bachelor''s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. Proven leadership and project management skills.
