Due to recent growth and newly secured work, they''re seeking a confident Principal Designer and CDM Advisor to join their London team and hit the ground running.The Principal Designer and CDM Advisor will be responsible for: Leading and delivering CDM consultancy services across a wide range of construction projects, from refurbishments to new builds.Acting as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor in line with CDM 2015 regulations.Managing client relationships and providing expert guidance throughout all RIBA stages.Supporting legal compliance, risk mitigation, and health and safety best practices.Carry out site-based health and safety inspections and audits, producing concise, actionable reports.
