An established, multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking to strengthen in its Manchester office by hiring a highly respected Senior Quantity Surveyor to help with their influx of a variety of different projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small sized team delivering residential, healthcare, education, and heritage projects for clients across the Northwest.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client-facing role handling multiple projects simultaneously, whilst also receiving support when required from a couple Apprentice Quantity Surveyors
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally MRICS
- PQS experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Based in Manchester or within a commutable distance
