What You’ll Be Doing: 
As part of our passionate and friendly team, you will: 

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the early years framework. 
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development. 
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, helping them achieve key milestones. 
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. 
• Ensure the learning environment is safe, clean, and stimulating. 

  
What We’re Looking For: 

• A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent). 
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting. 
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and learning. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team. 
• A caring, empathetic, and patient approach with children. 
• A clear understanding of safeguarding and health & safety practices.
