Duties of a Sales Controller / Business Manager:

Requirements of a Sales Controller / Business Manager:

• Proven experience as a Sales Controller, Business Manager, or senior sales professional within the UK automotive industry
• Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and developing sales teams
• Strong leadership, organisational, and motivational skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to close deals in the showroom
• Commercial awareness focused on customer satisfaction and profitability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
