This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service but also has a commercial mindset and is motivated by identifying opportunities to grow and develop customer relationships. Whilst renewals and customer servicing remain an important part of the role, there is now a much stronger focus on new business generation and maximising opportunities within an extensive existing customer base. The role: This is a varied role that combines: New Business (approximately 60%) Renewals (approximately 30%) Administration (approximately 10%) Unlike many sales-focused positions, you won''t be expected to spend your day cold calling.
