Cambridge Education Group is seeking a new Student Support Administrator to join our expanding team at our University Partner.

In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a positive and supportive student journey. From handling day-to-day enquiries and managing reception, to supporting enrolment, induction, and student engagement activities, you will help create a professional and friendly atmosphere for all who come through our doors.

The role is full-time, permanent and based at 99 Gower Street, Bloomsbury, London, WC1E 6AA.

Key experience required:
- Excellent customer service skills (essential)
- Excellent communication skills (essential)
- Strong MS Office/IT skills (essential)
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively (essential)
- Attention to detail and accuracy (essential)
- Problem-solving skills (essential)
- Experience in a front-of-house or customer service role (desirable)
- Experience working in an educational environment, ideally with international students (desirable)
Student Support Administrator Main responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, handling queries in person, by phone and by email.
- Provide a welcoming and professional reception service, ensuring a positive first impression of the Centre.
- Support the administration of student services including enrolment, induction and issuing standard documentation.
- Manage student and staff meeting room bookings and maintain communal areas, noticeboards and reception spaces.
- Assist with student engagement by promoting social and cultural activities.
- Provide administrative support including finance admin tasks (raising purchase orders and processing invoices), post handling, facility maintenance requests and stationery management.
- Support centre tours, visitor management, and recruitment administration as required.
- Work collaboratively with the Student Services Team to ensure efficient and effective support is provided throughout the student journey.
