Role Overview The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic children''s charity to recruit a Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to drive income growth across corporate and community fundraising, develop high-value partnerships, and lead a small, high-performing team. Working closely with senior leadership, you''ll be responsible for delivering fundraising targets, developing new business opportunities, strengthening supporter relationships, and ensuring excellent stewardship across a diverse portfolio of corporate and community supporters. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver the corporate and community fundraising programme, driving income growth and achieving agreed fundraising targets. Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate partners, community groups, and fundraising prospects, securing new and repeat support. Build strong relationships with supporters, providing outstanding stewardship, engagement opportunities, and impact reporting. Monitor fundraising performance, budgets, and KPIs, using data and insight to inform decision-making and improve results. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of fundraisers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
