Key Responsibilities Registering new buyers and understanding their requirements. Arranging and conducting viewings with enthusiasm and professionalism. Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and colleagues. Following up on leads and maximising every sales opportunity. Providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process. Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. Skills and Experience Previous experience in estate agency sales is preferred but not essential attitude and drive matter most. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
