Job Description:Deploy and maintain endpoint security agents (AV, Encryption, Firewall, etc.).Resolve incidents related to all endpoint security agents.Update process and playbook documentation as new tools and standards are implemented.Ensure compliance across all assets with multiple security frameworks and standards.Respond to and resolve DLP issues, tuning out false positives.Create, maintain, and service rules in privilege management solutions.Ensure all assets meet logging standards.Collaborate with responsible teams to develop effective remediation plans and track vulnerabilities to completion.We need a person to troubleshoot endpoint security installations and issues with Windows systems.The candidate should have knowledge of:Windows services and OSAny EDR solutionSpecialist/Technical Knowledge includes:Next-Generation firewallsMicrosoft Windows Server/DesktopTCP/IP NetworkingVulnerability managementIDS/IPSSIEM OperationsGood to have PowerShell scripting knowledgeQualities/Attributes:Industry certifications such as A+, CISSP, CEH, SANS, etc. are beneficialVendor certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, CheckPoint, etc.
