An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and highly organised Secretary / Receptionist to join a busy and well-established accountancy practice. This is a varied role providing essential administrative and front-of-house support within a fast-paced professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Diary management for one Director, including scheduling client meetings and internal appointments, as well as arranging Teams and Zoom meetingsManaging and responding to client emailsSending documentation for signature via DocuSignOnboarding new clients onto internal databasesPreparing and issuing client documentationRaising, processing and monitoring invoices, including chasing overdue paymentsOrdering office supplies and supporting general office administrationSupporting new client onboarding including AML checks and preparation of engagement letters for individuals and companiesManaging incoming post and updating client records on CCHKey Skills and Requirements:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and basic ExcelExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectivelyHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailCalm and professional approach when working under pressureThis is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and reliable Secretary / Receptionist looking to join a supportive team within a professional accountancy environment.Fame Recruitment is an equal ..... full job details .....
