Temporary Legal Secretary role available in Gloucester - September start 4-month Legal Secretary role, based in Gloucestershire.£14.00 - £16.00 per hour.Office-based, 37.50 hours per week.Your new company Is a well-established law firm with a national reputation for excellence within their sector. They have several offices across the UK and are known for their wide selection of services for both businesses and individuals.Your new role Will be to provide administrative support within various departments, ensuring both confidentiality and client care at all times. You will be responsible for audio typing for fee earners, typing dictated letters, emails and documents and dealing with administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning of documents, checking post and opening new files. You will also be expected to prepare court bundles and make appointments for fee earners.What you''ll need to succeed You will need to have previous Legal Secretary experience, or experience within a Legal Firm with the ability to audio type.
