The Role We are seeking a motivated and solution driven Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Cheshire Plants Ltd, a leading hedging and screening nursery. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and supporting our sales efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, product sales and facilitating smooth operations within our business. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email. Identifying upselling opportunities for other products whilst on the phone to customers. Face to face showroom visits with potential customers to sell the products. Provide detailed information about our hedging and screening nursery products and services. Assist customers with their orders and address any concerns or issues. Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and inventory management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in preparing reports and documentation as needed.
