Sales Administrator£31,000 per annumTamworth Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm Our client a leader in their field is now seeking a Sales Administrator to support in the development of new partners to ensure the continued expansion of the UK marketKey Roles and ResponsibilitiesBe the key point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and answering queries about their ordersTrack customer orders through the factory and update customers on progress and delivery datesEnter, update and maintain customer orders accurately on the system, including any changes or amendmentsWork closely with internal teams to chase parts, resolve issues and keep orders moving as plannedPrepare despatch paperwork and support the shipping of finished parts to customersUpdate customer information in our CRM and ERP.Maintain market and competitor knowledge.Maintain up to date product knowledge and competitor awareness which will enable you to offer alternative products when necessaryThe ideal candidate will possess the following experience. Sales Administrator, Account management or Internal account management background.Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills and work within a small, fast paced company.Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.Proficient in Office 365/Excel.Confident communicator both internally with the team and externally with your managed accounts.Proactive, organized, great time and work-load management to prioritize tasks and actions. ..... full job details .....
