You''ll be joining an experienced and talented manufacturing team, adding your knowledge, skills and enthusiasm to theirs, and sharing your press or bindery management skills with your teams. Day to day, you ll take responsibility for managing a key manufacturing shift across the press and bindery, taking responsibility for all manufacturing and shop floor people related issues during the shift. You''ll be working closely with the Senior Operations and Manufacturing Managers, being the key link between office and shop floor in a very fast-paced print manufacturing environment. What experience would we like you to have? Print or Bindery management experience in a time sensitive production environment (Newspapers, Packaging, Books, Magazines) Experience managing diverse skilled and semi-skilled operators and assistants in a time sensitive production environment. Good technical experience within litho or web offset print and high speed bindery would be an added benefit.
