You will receive the support of a Building Control Surveyor as you lead on internal (Architects in-house) and external enquiries.They are seeking someone who has an Architectural, Design/Technical Management background, with a demonstratable ability to ensure Building Regulation compliance. This will suit someone looking for career progression as they grow the team underneath you.The RoleThe successful Lead Building Regulation Principal Designer will be involved in ensuring Building Regulation compliance and guiding clients through the Gateway process.
