This is a pivotal role, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to drive people strategy, organisational performance, and long-term business growth within a dynamic real estate environment. The successful candidate will bring deep HR leadership experience, strong commercial acumen and ideally a background in real estate, property, construction, or a closely aligned sector.
