You will help customers live independently in their own homes, supporting them to make their own choices. This includes personal care, daily living, and community involvement.Personal Care – supporting care needs in line with each customer’s plan (eg helping with dressing, toileting, bathing, shaving, skin, hair, foot care and dental hygiene).Daily Living – assisting with daily activities such as prompting/administration of medication, meal planning and preparation, eating and drinking, mobility support, laundry, tidying and cooking.Community – accompanying customers to activities, shopping and appointments, and liaising with health care professionals as needed.Companionship – building professional relationships and supporting emotional, social and spiritual needs while encouraging independence and choice.Field supervision – support the Field Care Supervisor to implement field based quality control systems and provide support to Care and Support Workers in the defined area.Monitor, supervise and mentor all Care and Support Workers in the field; monitor customer and worker satisfaction; ensure documentation in customers homes is up to date; promote ongoing professional development.Qualifications and requirements

Ideally NVQ/QCF level 2 or 3 in Health and Social CareAt least 1 year of experience working for a domiciliary/home care agencyOrganised, methodical, and with a good eye for detailFlexible around working schedules, roles and responsibilitiesTeam player and a people personEligibility to work in the UK (we can only accept applications from candidates who already have this)Own vehicle and valid UK driving licence (we can only accept applications from candidates who own their own vehicle and have a valid UK driving licence)What we offer
