Responsibilities:

• Onboard new German veterinary clinics and provide account management support.
• Respond to customer queries via phone and email in both English and German.
• Achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction and outbound telephony activity.
• Engage proactively with potential and less regular customers to drive growth.
• Take ownership of your personal development path with guidance from your team.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through verbal, written, and electronic means.

Requirements:

• Proven Sales Experience (Outbound)
• German speaker - C1 Level.
• Able to commute to Stockport 5x per week.
• Good telephone manner.
